from Anderson Cooper 360 by Ella Chick
Television icon Dick Clark died from a heart attack at the age of 82. He was nicknamed "America's oldest living teenager" during his time as creator and host of "American Bandstand" in the 1950s. His career spanned more than six decades with the youngest generation recognizing him as the host of "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve".
