General Officer Announcement


Secretary of Defense Leon E. Panetta announced today that the President has made the following nomination:
Navy Rear Adm. (lower half) Terry B. Kraft has been nominated for appointment to the rank of rear admiral. Kraft is currently serving as commander, Navy Warfare Development Command, Norfolk, Va.
