Ron Pollack talked about the portion of the health care law that qualifies people for tax credits if they earn less than 400 percent of the poverty level and purchase insurance through health insurance exchanges. The exchanges were also part of the law and scheduled to come online in January 2014. Mr. Pollack also responded to telephone calls and electronic communications.
