John Morton spoke at a symposium on human trafficking at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. He explained Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) victim approach to investigating trafficking crimes with the goal of rescuing as many victims in the sex and slave labor trade as possible. He also called for comprehensive immigration reform as a way to get illegal immigrations out of the shadows where they are often preyed upon and forced in sex and slave labor.
