H.R. 1213 - Repeal mandatory funding provided to States in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to establish American Health Benefit Exchanges (Rep. Upton – Energy and Commerce) (Subject to a Rule)
The Rule provides for one hour of general debate and makes in order the following amendments:

Jackson Lee (TX) Amendment (10 minutes of debate)
Waters (CA) Amendment (10 minutes of debate)
Ellison (MN) Amendment (10 minutes of debate)
Pallone (NJ) Amendment (10 minutes of debate)
Welch (VT) Amendment in the Nature of a Substitute (10 minutes of debate)

H.R. 1214 - Repeal mandatory funding for school-based health center construction (Rep Burgess – Energy and Commerce) (Subject to a Rule)
The Rule provides for one hour of general debate and makes in order only those amendments that have been preprinted in the Congressional Record.
