Registration is now open for the 26th Annual Update Conference on Export Controls and Policy being held in Washington, DC, July 23-25, 2013. This annual conference, a longstanding tradition in the exporting community, is expected to bring over 1,100 industry representatives together to obtain information and exchange ideas about current export control policies and trends.
The theme of this year’s conference is, “Export Control Reform: Fulfilling the Promise.” The agenda will focus largely on recently published and proposed rules implementing export control reform initiatives. However, recurring export control topics, such and sanctions, enforcement, deemed exports and encryption also will be covered.
