Google faces new FTC antitrust probe: report
SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Google Inc. is facing a new antitrust probe by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission related to the way it uses its dominant position in the online display ad market, a news report said Thursday. FTC investigators are looking into whether Google has been forcing companies to use more of its services for online advertising, according to a Bloomberg report. Google said it has no comment on the news report. Shares of Google were up a fraction after-hours.
