FDIC Makes Public March Enforcement Actions;
No Administrative Hearings Scheduled for May 2013

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in March. No administrative hearings are scheduled for May 2013.

The FDIC issued a total of 55 orders in March and one notice. The orders included: seven consent orders; seven removal and prohibition orders; five civil money penalties; one voluntary termination of insurance; nine section 19 orders; one modification order; 24 orders terminating consent orders and cease and desist orders; one adjudicated decision; and one notice charges and of hearing.
