WASHINGTON, DC – House Democratic Whip Steny H. Hoyer (MD) will join Members of Congress for the Faith & Politics Institute's 13th Congressional Civil Rights Pilgrimage, Friday, March 1st through Sunday, March 3rd, 2013. This year, the 3-day tour visiting Birmingham, the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Montgomery, and Selma, Alabama will honor the 150th anniversary of the Emancipation Proclamation and the 50th anniversary of the March on Washington.
