10-year yield above 2% for first time since April

NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Yields on 10-year Treasury notes rose above 2% on Monday for the first time since April 2012 after data showed a surge in durable-goods orders for December. Yields on 10-year notes rose as high as 2.01%, according to FactSet. They were last trading up 4 basis points at 1.996%.
