WASHINGTON, DC - House Democratic Whip Steny H. Hoyer (MD) discussed the need for Congress to pass legislation providing aid to Hurricane Sandy victims on CNN this afternoon. His interview was prior to the press conference held by Republican members whose districts were impacted by Hurricane Sandy where they announced a commitment by Speaker Boehner to hold votes on Friday on flood insurance, and votes before January 15th on a larger aid package.
