SEC names two to lead division on interim basis

WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) -- Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Elisse Walter on Monday named two people to lead divisions on an interim basis. Lona Nallengara will become acting director of the division of corporation finance, when Meredith Cross steps down at the end of the year, while John Ramsay will be acting director of the division of trading and markets when Robert Cook leaves after a short transition period. Nallengara has served as deputy director for legal and regulatory policy of the corporation finance division since March 2011, while Ramsay has been deputy director of the trading and markets division since September 2010.
