Senate adopts motion to proceed to NDAA/Udall amendment #2985 (biofuels) pending

The Senate has adopted the motion to proceed to S.3254, National Defense Authorization Act. Senator Reid then called up Udall (CO) amendment #2985 (strikes section 313 in the bill relating to a limitation on the availability of funds for the procurement of alternative fuels).
