When President Obama takes the stage in the debate tonight, I’ll be cheering him on just like you.

But the truth is he can’t do it all alone. If we’re going to bust through those Republican roadblocks in Congress and win the big progressive victories that America needs, we need to elect a Democratic majority for President Obama’s second term.

The latest polls show that we can defeat Speaker Boehner’s Tea Party majority – but only if we fight all those dishonest attacks coming from the Republican Super PACs. That means my friends at the DCCC have got to raise $200,000 before tonight’s ad buy deadline.

MIDNIGHT DEADLINE: Will you chip in $3 or whatever you can to win a Democratic majority for President Obama?

I’m so proud to support the President, but this Tea Party Congress will continue to block him every step of the way if we don’t do something about it.
