Senior Executive Service Announcements


Secretary of Defense Leon E. Panetta announced the following Department of Defense Senior Executive Service appointments and reassignments:
James M. Coyne has been appointed to the Senior Executive Service and is assigned as deputy general counsel, Defense Logistics Agency, Fort Belvoir, Va. Coyne previously served as associate general counsel, operations/chief counsel, overseas operations and international law, Defense Logistics Agency, Fort Belvoir, Va.
Preston C. Dunlap has been appointed to the Senior Executive Service and is assigned as director, program analysis division, Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation (CAPE), Washington, D.C. Dunlap previously served as special assistant/chief of staff to the CAPE director, Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation, Washington, D.C.
Luanne Overstreet has been appointed to the Senior Executive Service and is assigned as test and evaluation executive, Defense Information Systems Agency, Fort Meade, Md. Overstreet previously served as deputy test and evaluation executive, Defense Information Systems Agency, Ft. Meade, Md.
Frederick N. Baillie has been assigned as chief of staff, Defense Logistics Agency, Fort Belvoir, Va. Baillie previously served as director, Defense Logistics Agency accountability office, Defense Logistics Agency, Fort Belvoir, Va.
Glenda Scheiner has been assigned as director, human capital and resource management, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense-Comptroller, Washington, D.C. Scheiner previously served as deputy director of financial management, Headquarters Air Force Material Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
