Kansas
Democrats Internship opportunities
I was asked to pass this along by Rep.
Milack Talia in Johnson County. Please let me know if you are
interested and I will connect you with him!
This is a great opportunity for anyone
wanting to be involved in a campaign. Rep. Talia is great and
I encourage anyone who is interested to take this great opportunity.
The two positions are as follows: strategic
planning and policy research.
"For strategic planning, I will be
running for reelection and need to come up with a strategy to
win. This includes developing a campaign plan, timeline, and
budget along with district analysis and platform research. We
will also develop a door-to-door and direct mail program to connect
with voters."
"On policy research, I need to conduct
preliminary work on legislation to flush out before January.
Specifically, Im looking to see if other states have passed
similar bills, what were some of the obstacles, and whether we
can garner enough support to push a bill through the Legislature."
Please let me know if your interested,
or if you know someone who is.
