Greater Hartford Young Democrats. Liam Sweeney March 28, 2010 at 7:08pm As we discussed at our past meeting our chapter will be taking part in National Rebuilding Day which is Saturday April 24th. We will be assigned a house by Rebuilding Together later in the month but first I need 15 people that are interested in participating. Please respond to me ASAP. I took part in a Rebuilding Together project last year and it was a great experience. With that being said please try and get back to me by the end of this week. Also, with next Sunday being Easter our next chapter meeting will be April 11th. The Connecticut Democratic Partys annual fundraiser, the Jefferson, Jackson, Bailey (JJB) dinner is coming up quickly. The keynote speaker is one of the partys rising stars, Senator Mark Warner of Virginia. The JJB is Monday, April 12th if you are interested in attending this fantastic event follow this link http://www.ctdems.org/ Lastly, in the upcoming months there will be numerous opportunities for our members to meet the field of democratic candidates that are running for office in 2010. I would like to do the best that I can to make our members aware of events that are taking place within Harford County. OUR ORGANIZATION CANNOT AND WILL NOT ENDORSE ANY DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATE but we will be sending out information about events that would allow young democrats to meet and greet all democratic candidates as we receive their information. With that said I encourage people to PLEASE send us information about events being held for candidates in the Hartford area. Here are a few events taking place this
