guidelines on how economic stimulus money can be used will be
announced next week, White House Deputy Press Secretary Bill
Burton said Thursday.
Vice President Joe Biden had said it would
be sooner when he spoke Thursday morning at the Recovery and
Reinvestment Act Implementation Conference.
Youre going to see regulations
announced this Friday, Biden said. He didnt provide
any details, but joked, no swimming pools in this money.
No explanation was given on the different
time frames.
